Items with a final sale value over $1,000 can be shipped free of charge to a customer’s local or out of state address. Items that fall under $1,000 will have a nominal shipping fee applied. This fee is determined by the method of shipment, weight of the package, and insurance to cover the item being shipped.

Items purchased from Albriton’s Jewelry may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must have the original receipt with you upon return of the item, and the item must be in its original and unworn condition. The item must be accompanied by the original box, with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Closeouts, estate jewelry, special orders, custom pieces, and altered items (including ring sizing) are not returnable or exchangeable.

WATCH WARRANTY

All new watches sold by Albriton’s are covered under the corresponding manufacturer’s warranty for the respective timepiece. These warranties range from two to five years depending on the manufacturer and model sold. Albriton’s will issue a two year warranty for any pre-owned watch, or watch that has been fully serviced by Albriton’s watch repair department. The Albriton’s two year warranty covers only the service work done on the timepiece. Albriton’s watch warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear.

Albriton’s is a full service jewelry store. Our services range from the most basic repairs to helping customers design the jewelry item of their dreams. We have a Rolex certified watchmaker on staff, and are able to service most major watch brands. We also have two GIA Graduate Gemologists on staff to assist our customers with appraisals and the selection of fine diamonds and gemstone jewelry. Our sales staff, with over 150 years of combined retail experience, looks forward to helping you with all your fine jewelry needs.
